Job Responsibilities

As a Software Support Manager at ConvergePoint, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing in-depth online support to customers on the use of ConvergePoint software.
  • Assisting customers with software usage, troubleshooting, and finding solutions to unforeseen issues.
  • Managing and updating support tickets in HubSpot.
  • Following time tracking on all tickets.
  • Conducting tests and finding resolutions to issues.
  • Working closely with the US implementation team.
  • Providing daily end-of-day status updates to the US Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of technical/software support or B2B customer support experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to learn ConvergePoint software (training will be provided).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, or a help desk ticketing system.
Work Schedule

This position requires working US office hours (8 AM to 6 PM US Central Time). The work timings may vary during daylight savings time.
