Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at MatchAwards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading and transactions.
About the Role- Guide new users in creating optimized accounts to increase awards for contracts, grants, and loans.
- Engage directly with users on our social media platform, providing prompt assistance for inquiries and concerns.
- Manage customer support interactions via our internal ticketing system, live chat, conferencing, and phone.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience or relevant education in social media, proficiency with various remote Internet tools, and excellent English communication skills.

- Understanding of cryptocurrency (coins/tokens) trading and transactions.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
