Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our hosting support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical expertise and support to our global client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 inbound support via live chat and tickets
- Offer VPS and dedicated server support
- Handle migrations and transfers
- Assist the Level 1 Support team with escalations
Requirements:
- Experience with SolusVM Virtualisation platform
- Knowledge of Openstack
- Understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation, and dedicated servers
- WHMCS and KVM experience
- Proficiency in both Linux and Windows
- Ability to handle hosting-related issues efficiently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Excellent written English skills
