Studio Head

The Studio Head is responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective project management, sales strategy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Achieve monthly sales targets by managing a team of designers to book a minimum of 6 projects or achieve a 40% conversion rate on leads.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a delightful customer experience in the Experience Center by managing end-to-end project delivery and maintaining high CSAT scores.
  • Team Management: Train and handhold a team of designers to enable them to achieve their targets and ensure effective team management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Qualification: B-Arch / Civil Engineering degree required.
  • Work Experience: 7-8 years of experience in Business Development and Growth, with 3+ years in B2C Sales and Showroom management.
