Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a cohesive visual language across multiple brands and campaigns
  • Leading the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and other formats
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling ideas that align with brand strategy
  • Guiding and mentoring junior designers to ensure top-notch work
  • Translating marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions
  • Reviewing and refining creative work to meet high standards and client expectations
  • Presenting ideas and visuals to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity
  • Staying up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintaining design consistency while working on multiple projects across industries
