Job Description

  • Drive financial growth by partnering with cross-functional teams across the region.
  • Oversight of deal pricing for complex transactions ensures optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.

  • Leadership of annual budgeting and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.

  • Provision of actionable financial insights to business leaders; support strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Establishment of repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets; tracking of win–loss ratios and maintenance of financial models for decision support.
  • Monitoring of OPEX, enforcement of budget controls, and adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • Tracking of market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlighting of financial levers to strengthen positioning.
  • Driving/support of organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Mentorship and guidance of finance analysts; building capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualification in CA is mandatory.
  • Progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
