Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Configure Vistex Solutions: Develop and implement advanced Vistex configurations for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.
  • Business Process Expertise: Apply Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims to drive business growth.
  • Integration and Interoperability: Ensure seamless integration of Vistex solutions with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance, to maximize efficiency.
  • Client Partnership and Guidance: Collaborate closely with clients as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and leading workshops to gather requirements and define solutions that meet their needs.
  • Documentation, Testing, and Quality Assurance: Create detailed blueprints, design specifications, and manage the testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Vistex Proficiency: In-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.
  • SAP SD Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex.
  • Business Acumen: Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to perform configuration, minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
