We are seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to design, build and maintain cutting-edge AI systems.

This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen and leadership skills. You will lead the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development: Design, build and maintain scalable AI architectures that meet business requirements.
  2. AI Solution Implementation: Develop and implement advanced AI solutions using Generative AI techniques.
  3. Data Management: Ensure data architectures and infrastructure can scale seamlessly as the data volume and complexity grow.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a team of AI Engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  5. Skills Development: Identify and address skill gaps, and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
  6. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities and define project timelines.
  7. Business Alignment: Ensure projects align with overall business objectives and data strategy.
  8. Data Quality: Ensure data quality, integrity and security across all data engineering projects.
  9. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of data operations.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 4.5 - 7 years of experience in developing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong execution knowledge of Data Modeling, Databases (SQL and NoSQL), software development lifecycle and practices, unit testing, functional programming, etc.
  3. Generative AI: Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings and retrieval techniques.
  4. RAG Solutions: Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
  5. Databricks: Manage Databricks workflows, including job and cluster creation, Databricks API.
  6. Python Libraries: Utilize Pandas, Numpy, FastAPI for data processing and API development.
  7. SQL Optimization: Perform SQL optimization and database architecture design.
  8. Cloud Platforms: Deploy and orchestrate AI models using Docker and Kubernetes.
  9. Collaboration Tools: Collaborate using GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
  10. Cloud Deployment: Work with cloud platforms for AI solution deployment and management (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Non-Technical Skills:
  1. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with ability to assess financial impact of decisions.
  2. Communication: Proficient in written and verbal communication and able to hold conversations with mid-management-level clients.
  3. Leadership: Ability to recognize pragmatic alternatives, get delivery teams on board and pursue them balancing time priorities with potential business impact.
  4. People Skills: Strong people skills, including conflict resolution, empathy, communication, listening and negotiation.
  5. Mentorship: Shows proficiency in providing technical guidance and leadership and mentorship to the delivery team.
  6. Self-Driven: Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
