GM/DGM Planning Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of GM DGM in planning and architecture. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in overseeing architectural planning, design, and execution of real estate projects. This position requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, project management, and real estate development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with architects and local authorities for finalizing designs, working closely with construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare inputs for construction drawings, coordinating site-related issues with principle architects and executing detailing at site.
  • Take lead roles in finishing items, preparing GFC drawings, and securing final statutory approval.
Skillset:
  • Urban Planning: Strong understanding of urban planning principles and practices.
  • Architecture: Proficiency in architectural principles and sustainable design strategies.
  • Project Management: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project execution from conception to completion.
