Senior Program Management Professional

We are seeking a Senior Program Management Professional to join our team.

  • The role entails leading cross-functional program management for website updates, email marketing campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
  • Collaboration with business functions is essential to prioritize, deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • The ideal candidate will support the development of deliverables promoting brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Management:
    • Oversight of end-to-end program management for website updates, email marketing campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
    • Alignment on program goals, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with business stakeholders.
    • Development and management of detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Multitasking and working efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively under tight timelines.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Working well in a fast-paced customer-centric environment and collaborating with various stakeholders.
    • Collaboration with marketing, design, development, and analytics teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and milestones.
  3. Process Optimization:
    • Implementing and refining workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across digital marketing programs.
    • Championing the use of project management tools and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitoring program performance using data-driven metrics and analytics.
    • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to share insights, challenges, and successes with leadership.

Minimum Required: Six to nine years of experience in marketing or project management; Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications, or related field.
