Job Title: Process Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in process safety and health to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate hazard assessments, risk analyses, and SIL/LOPA evaluations to ensure safe operations.
  • Prepare and review critical documents such as safety philosophies, fire risk assessments, and equipment specifications from a safety design perspective.

  • Support development of HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements for projects.
  • Conduct site HSE inspections, toolbox talks, and compliance checks during construction or commissioning.
  • Ensure adherence to international HSE standards, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
  • Lead or support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to promote a culture of safety.
  • Drive safety culture across project teams and subcontractors.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, Environmental, or Safety Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in process safety and HSE, preferably in EPC/design/project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of PSM, risk assessment, and HSE regulations.
  • Proficient in tools like PHAST, PHA-Pro, BowTieXP, and DNV software.
  • Certifications in NEBOSH IGC/PSM, TÜV Functional Safety, or equivalent preferred.
