Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our web development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Django, Node.js, and web development technologies.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Architect and develop high-quality backend services using Python (Django) & Node.js.
  • Design and optimize APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration.
  • Collaborate with Next.js & React.js teams to ensure a smooth web application experience.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Manage databases, caching strategies, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with:

  • 3+ years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in Python (Django) and Node.js.
  • Expertise in designing RESTful & GraphQL APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js & React for full-stack development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase, or Azure).
Bonus Points

Candidates with experience in:

  • WebSockets, real-time data processing, or event-driven architecture.
  • DevOps practices and serverless computing.
