We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations Intern to join our founding team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain real-world experience in sales, operations, and startup growth.
The Sales Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding of agents and dealers onto our platform, conducting field visits, demos, and training sessions with local agents, generating leads via WhatsApp, phone, and on-ground outreach, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in building structured sales funnels.
Responsibilities- Support the onboarding process of new agents and dealers onto our platform.
- Conduct field visits, demos, and training sessions with local agents to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Generate leads through various channels including WhatsApp, phone, and on-ground outreach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist in building structured sales funnels to optimize sales performance.
- Collect feedback from agents and share insights with the product/ops team to inform data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- A hustler mindset - willing to meet people on the ground and build relationships.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders who may have a more direct, brash, or informal communication style.
- Graduates in BBA, MBA, or related fields (freshers welcome).
- Passion for automobiles, startups, and sales is a plus.
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
- Internship Certificate + PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) for high performers.
- Work directly with the founding team and gain startup exposure.
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we scale across South India.
