Job Description:

We're seeking a visionary Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence across our global operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Risk Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes, recommend ways to mitigate interdependencies, and share learnings with others.
  • Solution Development: Evaluate quality processes, seek opportunities to streamline, and consider customer experience, business impact, and solution objectives when managing risks and development and design of solutions.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Proactively identify patterns in issues, research root causes, and improve overall quality.
Benefits:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Python scripting.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
  • Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development).
  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Database and caching experience, SQL and NoSQL (Postgres, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB a plus).
  • Developing/Fully Proficient.
  • Responsible for working multi-platforms.
  • Ability to interpret policies and apply experience.
  • Ability to design and build services to allow them to be automated.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins/Apache Airflow/FastAPI.
  • Depth knowledge in AI/GenAI/Agentic AI.
  • Working experience in Source Control, Continuous Integration, Good programming and coding skills, Infrastructure Automation, Deployment Automation & Orchestration, Container Concepts, Container Orchestration, Public/Private cloud expertise, and hands-on exposure on application migration to cloud.
Others:
  • Familiarity with authorization frameworks like OAuth 2.0, SAML, or OpenID Connect.
  • Ability to drive employee engagement and achieve management effectiveness.
  • Ability to attract and hire top talent.
  • Ability to understand and utilize AI/ML techniques to create advanced monitoring and remediation solutions.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to use AI/ML technologies.
