Life Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Life Coach to join our team. As a Global Contract Life and Wellness Coach, you will work with individuals to empower them in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured coaching sessions via video or phone to support adults in setting goals and overcoming common life challenges.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and track session notes for effective collaboration with our teams.
  • Collaborate with our provider support team and clinical care navigation team to provide comprehensive support.
  • Adhere to evidence-based modalities of support, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, and Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.

You will have the opportunity to work independently while having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.

Requirements:
  • Possess actively credentialed coaching certifications from globally recognized bodies, such as ICF, EMCC, AC, or regionally accredited bodies.
  • Hold a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Be proficient in using technology and telehealth platforms.
  • Show commitment to quality care and willingness to expand capabilities through feedback and continuous improvement.
