English Communication Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven trainer to join our team in Kolkata, India.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of students who are eager to improve their English communication skills.

  • Delivering high-impact English communication and soft-skills training for students (ages 12–18).
  • Designing and delivering engaging lessons: spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Running focused workshops: presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Tracking measurable progress and producing concise progress reports for parents.
  • Mentoring students individually where needed – helping shy or anxious learners build confidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Exceptional spoken & written English; able to model clarity, tone, and professional communication.
  • Strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teens.
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology / child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred).
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, presentation tools).
