AI Automation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-powered automation solutions to enhance our platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI development work, .NET stack, Docker, Python, PySpark, distributed systems, and Azure (Databricks, Functions, Storage, Cost Optimization).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI-driven applications using LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
- Build agentic eligibility verification agents using Python and PySpark.
- Optimize Azure infrastructure and costs while ensuring performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with the architect to accelerate execution and deliver high-quality results.
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- 7-10 years of hands-on coding experience in Agentic AI development work.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability in small distributed teams.
- Proven track record of improving API reliability and scaling infrastructure.
