Insurance Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Team Lead to oversee our sales team in Alwar, India.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training and knowledge transfer to CROs and Admins on various insurance products from multiple insurers, focusing on Fire, Marine, and SME Insurance.
  2. Key objectives include ensuring seamless upskilling of team members, bringing process discipline to the sales division, and fostering a stable and productive team culture.
