Insurance Portfolio Leader

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Insurance and BFSI domains, with strong operational leadership and client engagement skills. They have a track record of delivering transformation projects across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery teams for multiple Insurance/BFSI accounts, managing 2000–3000+ employees.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Own profit and loss (P&L) and drive growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients in the North American market.
  • Lead digital and tech-enabled transformation initiatives across portfolios.
  • Manage global transitions and implement governance models aligned with business objectives.
  • Inspire, coach, and grow large teams; promote a culture of accountability and innovation.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 15+ years in Insurance (P&C preferred), BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  • Global Exposure: Experience working with US/NA clients; understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ employees).
  • Transformation: Hands-on experience with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong P&L management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices.

This role requires someone who can lead a 3000+ employee insurance portfolio, drive P&L, transform legacy operations with digital, and maintain client focus.
