Network Operations Center Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Center Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate will have advanced IP troubleshooting skills and experience working in a large-scale NOC environment. They will be responsible for providing end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents, as well as hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Multicast, QoS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.
  • Configure and troubleshoot complex network protocols such as BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Multicast, QoS.
  • Audit the network for repeat issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve major incidents.
  • Ensure minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Support automation and digitization initiatives for efficient service management.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced IP expertise with expert-level NOC troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, QoS, Transport, Mobility, ISP networks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
