Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our leadership team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Our organization provides Situationally Integrated Total services in the HVAC & Firefighting domain, dealing in an extensive lineup of Daikin Industries. Our main clientele comprise hotels and hospitals.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and Onboard New Hires: Attract, select, and onboard top talent to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop growth plans to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Training and Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and abilities.
  • HR Strategy and Legal Compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
