Integration Delivery Lead Role

We're seeking an experienced project manager to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem.

This opportunity involves combining project management excellence with system integration expertise to oversee the implementation of a unified Global Integration platform – Digital Backbone.

  • Establish and manage demand management and onboarding processes for initiatives/projects requiring Digital Backbone integration.
  • Deliver end-to-end integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and architectural standards.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues.
  • Allocate and manage project resources (team members, technology assets) to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Implement agile/project management methodologies to ensure predictable high-quality delivery. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks/issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment. Mentor/coach team members, provide feedback, and support professional development.
  • Understand integration technologies (APIs, Events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS etc.) to guide technical teams and make informed decisions.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Oversee testing, security, and compliance aspects of the integration platform.
