Business Development Professional Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective business strategies and marketing campaigns to drive student admissions.
  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective students and parents through relationship-building and trust establishment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that showcase the institution's value proposition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize events and seminars to promote the institution and engage with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus.
