Job Title: Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to lead our financial functions.

  • Financial Management & Planning:

As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial reports, and leading the finance team. You will also oversee the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

  • Strategic Leadership:

You will work closely with the executive team to develop organisational strategy, operating plans, and growth goals. You will also advise the CEO and leadership on financial performance and long-term financial planning.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, maintain effective operations by continuously identifying and mitigating risks, and monitor and report on fund utilisation, budget allocation, and under/over utilisation.

  • Team Leadership & Operational Excellence:

You will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals and consultants, drive innovation by introducing technology-based solutions for reporting and automation, and continuously evaluate the finance team's structure for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in finance-related roles
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Deep knowledge of finance, accounting, financial planning, and compliance
  • Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
