Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with proven exposure in large, project-based, multi-site setups.
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, Industrial Relations (IR), labor laws, compliance, and site HR management.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership/CXOs and influence organizational decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute (preferred).
