We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead a team of field service engineers to provide world-class service to our customers. You will be responsible for supervising and evaluating the performance of your team members, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery.

As a Field Service Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise will enable us to exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Technical knowledge of control valves, ESD valves, and field instruments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
