As a Technical Lead, you will oversee multiple GenAI projects, driving innovation from concept through deployment, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy GenAI projects leveraging LLMs on cloud platforms.
  • Architect and implement scalable, event-driven cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
  • Develop strategies to enhance model performance through prompt engineering.
  • Oversee the fine-tuning, embeddings, and conversational flow development for intelligent AI applications.
  • Integrate and manage LLM APIs to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities.
  • Utilize vector databases for embedding-based search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
  • Lead model evaluation efforts to ensure high standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor technical teams on best practices in GenAI development and cloud architecture.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
  • Expertise in cloud architecture, particularly AWS services.
  • Deep knowledge of LLM APIs and experience working with vector databases.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques and model evaluation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
