The role of Human Capital Strategist is a pivotal position that plays a critical role in achieving the organization's objectives by enhancing human productivity, employee competencies, and partnering with business within the VPO framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Human Resource, ER, and Administrative Functions to facilitate achieving organizational goals.
- Analyze manpower requirements including present and future vacancies, plan for developing people for key positions, and design and manage key support systems.
- Ensure timely implementation of OPR Process, employees' welfare & engagement measures, and preparation of reports/MIS.
- Enhance and ensure healthy 'Union-Management' relationships, negotiate with Unions, and maintain proactive public relations at regional level.
- Regular and timely interactions and meetings with Govt Officials, effective communication with Government officials during crisis, and submission of Reports/Returns on time.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment.
