Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – Order Management

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team and support a large-scale transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Order Management and Delivery processes in ServiceNow, leveraging the OM product.
  • Collaborate with solution specialists, business analysts, technical experts, and a solution architect to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Translate user stories into ServiceNow features with minimal customization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including 3+ years in Order Management (OM).
  • Strong expertise in Service Catalog definition, setup, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Platform features, CMDB, CSM, ITSM, SPM, and CSDM.
  • Experience in designing and prototyping solutions, portal management and customization, and API integrations with third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and adapt to project needs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Ergonomics, or a related field.
