Director, Product Development Engineering

The Director of Product Development Engineering will oversee the conception and execution of an end-to-end IT solution. This includes leading multiple product teams to develop and maintain this solution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Solution Architecture and/or Product/Application Architecture
  • Direct implementation of technology roadmap
  • Responsible for prioritizing and accepting work generated by Agile teams to ensure the platform meets defined goals and vision
  • Technical leader guiding the team in making solid technical decisions to meet product capability needs aligned with customer requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree preferably with an advanced degree in a Technology domain
  • At least 18 years of relevant experience successfully delivering on large complex projects with demonstrated technical leadership in delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in application design/development, cloud native technologies, Agile practices, DevSecOps, secure design and coding principles, Data analytics domains with strong delivery management exposure in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of Scale Agile & product management is preferred
