Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Scheduling Specialist I. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing field consultants' time with clients while developing trusting relationships with assigned staff and operations management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and scheduling assigned field visits by overseeing workload and calendars.
  • Communicating with clients and coordinating visit times, preparing and distributing visit agendas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 and ability to learn proprietary business systems.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills such as French, Spanish, German, or Portuguese being a plus.
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience in scheduling, logistics, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of property insurance or commercial lines a bonus.
