Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support and incident resolution for IT infrastructure across global regions.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Provide first-level support and incident resolution for IT infrastructure across global regions.
  3. Perform scheduled technical tasks and system maintenance from a centralized command center.
  4. Escalate and track critical incidents within defined SLAs/OLAs.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation for incidents and requests as per operational guidelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Linux/Unix environments, Active Batch, and basic cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Proficiency in PAAS/IAAS/SAAS operations and assistance with SQL/Oracle database issues.
  • Ability to execute scripts and support networking fundamentals in a 24x7 rotational environment.
  • Achievement of best practices in system operations, incident escalation, and process adherence.
