Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fintech Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems that meet the needs of millions of users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design and architecture, with experience building large-scale systems using cloud-based technologies such as AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 4+ years in Golang.
  • Strong system design skills and experience building large-scale systems.
  • Good understanding of Kafka.
  • Proficient with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on with AWS (ECS, ECR, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, EC2, Route 53).
  • Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Experience with at least one of these: Grafana (Loki, Tempo, Prometheus), New Relic, Sentry.
  • Can write basic automation scripts in Python or Shell.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
