English Teacher Job Opportunity

At Sai Seva Sangh, we seek a dedicated and passionate English teacher to lead our students in their academic journey. This full-time role involves planning, preparing, and delivering well-structured English lessons for grades 6 to 10.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet learning objectives.
  2. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, literature, and communication skills.
  3. Assess, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students' progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
  4. Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
  5. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
  6. Encourage students to develop confidence in speaking and writing English.
  7. Support extracurricular activities such as debates, drama, elocution, essay writing, and storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in English Literature, English Language, Education, or a related field.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).
  • Proven experience in teaching English at the middle or high school level.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to use creative teaching methods and integrate technology in the classroom.
  • Passion for education and mentoring young learners.
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to motivate students.

Work Conditions:

  • Working with students aged 11–16 (Grades 6 to 10).
  • Classroom teaching hours as per school schedule.
  • Participation in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
