Job Title: Strategic PLM Practice Leader

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our PLM IT Services practice. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.

   • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.">
   • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.">
   • Drive account mining and expansion opportunities within key client accounts.">
   • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with strategic customers.">
   • Understand financial KPIs and actively drive profitability and growth targets.">

8. Key Skills & Qualifications

   • Experience range - 15-25 years.">
   • Experience in IT services with at least 5 years in project/practice management.">
   • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.">
   • Proven experience in building and scaling practices or centers of excellence (COEs).">
   • Optional: Strong background in one or more PLM platforms (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, Windchill, Teamcenter).">
   • Deep delivery and people management experience across global, cross-functional teams.">
   • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and demonstrated executive presence.">
   • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.">
   • Engineering or technology graduate; MBA preferred.">
