Job Description

This role supports a strategic initiative focused on upgrading and modernizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and enterprise integration.

The Senior PLM Consultant will lead the planning and execution of a Windchill v13 upgrade, ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules incorporating best practices and stakeholder requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
  • 8+ years of experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments.
  • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry with strong exposure to validation.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
