Airport Ground Staff Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Airport Ground Staff to assist with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by assisting with various airport tasks such as check-in, baggage handling, and boarding.
  • Offer information on flight schedules, delays, and airport services to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance with safety regulations at all times.
  • Manage passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures is necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive passenger data and managing complex check-in systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle challenging situations with ease.
  • Effective communication skills in English and local languages to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress efficiently to meet the demands of this dynamic role.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate changing operational needs.
  • Basic IT and computer skills to efficiently perform administrative tasks.
  • Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is highly desirable but not essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
