Airfield Coordinator

The ideal candidate will manage airport systems and applications, ensuring efficient operations and excellent passenger service.

• Manage airport systems and applications, including crew, ground, departure control, turn-around, baggage, and loading systems.
• Collaborate with GDS systems to manage reservations, passenger check-ins, and boarding.
• Schedule and track crew resources for efficient utilization.
• Monitor and operate automated baggage handling systems.
• Document incidents/problems using incident management and problem management tools.

• Graduate in any stream with relevant travel experience.
• International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification or Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
• Strong knowledge of the Airline Industry.
• Previous work experience in airport systems and applications.
• Working knowledge of any Global Distribution System (GDS).

• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
