Job Title

About the Role:

The Implementation Consultant will own and execute HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients.

This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction as the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation.

Key Responsibilities include carrying out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products, writing SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration, running and executing the project through various phases, building rapport with clients and managing them effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams, testing end-to-end process flows, driving adoption by giving hands-on end-user journey training, and validating value outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to international clients/projects, BA, domain knowledge, team player.
  • Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) related business process is a plus.
