Software Engineer Position Overview :

Orbion Infotech is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to the development of cloud-native applications and services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based software systems using Python, AWS, and Azure.
  • Implement efficient automation processes for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Apply best practices for CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring.
  • Identify and resolve production system issues efficiently.
  • Document processes, architectures, and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Essential Skills and Knowledge :

  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
  • Proficiency in database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
