  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure all systems comply with industry best practices and organizational security policies.
  • Design and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure seamless and secure code deployments.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies and solutions to ensure high availability and quick recovery in case of system failures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security professionals, and operations, to deliver reliable and secure services.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to support team knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role with a focus on security products/projects.
  • Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems administration.
  • Expertise in VMware or similar virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Unix Shell, Powershell, or equivalent languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Relevant certifications such as SRE, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, RHCE, or similar.
  • Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
