About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts in the fertility sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join ART Fertility Clinics, a leading institution in reproductive medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the fertility landscape.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the fertility sector and establish tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, tailored to the fertility audience.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages, website content, and online advertising materials that are informative, engaging, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors specializing in healthcare marketing.
SEO/SEM Optimization
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic, focusing on relevant fertility keywords and search terms.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) across Google Ads and other platforms, targeting patients seeking fertility services.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and track campaign performance with a focus on patient acquisition and conversion.
Social Media Marketing
  • Develop and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms, adhering to healthcare privacy guidelines and ethical considerations.
  • Create engaging and informative content, manage social media communities, and run social media advertising campaigns targeting potential patients.
  • Monitor social media trends in the fertility sector and adapt strategies accordingly.
Content Marketing
  • Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and addresses the specific needs and concerns of patients seeking fertility treatment.
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and patient testimonials, providing valuable information and building trust.
  • Optimize content for search engines and promote it across relevant channels to reach and engage potential patients.
Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists with experience or interest in the fertility field.
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members, fostering their understanding of the fertility industry and its unique marketing considerations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment that prioritizes patient-centric marketing approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success, preferably within the fertility industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends, with a focus on the fertility sector.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, tailored to the needs and preferences of fertility consumers.
  • Hands-on experience with Ad platforms Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and any new social media AD platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret fertility data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, fertility professionals, and internal stakeholders.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
