A Compliance Risk Specialist at Community Brands plays a vital role in ensuring the organization remains compliant and secure. This involves reviewing security reports, conducting penetration testing, and analyzing results to identify vulnerabilities. The specialist will also oversee remediation efforts, manage PCI and SOC compliance activities, and address any gaps. Additionally, they will work on GDPR audits, collaborate on security governance initiatives, and respond to incidents while keeping stakeholders informed through clear communication.

This position is based in our Pune office with a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in information security and compliance, preferably in the education and/or payments domain. They should have proven experience with PCI DSS and SOC compliance, and knowledge of GDPR regulations and The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 would be desirable. Proficiency in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools is required, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities.
  2. Develop and implement remediation plans to address identified vulnerabilities.
  3. Manage PCI and SOC compliance activities, ensuring all standards are met.
  4. Work on GDPR audits and collaborate on security governance initiatives.
  5. Respond to incidents and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in information security and compliance.
  2. Proven experience with PCI DSS and SOC compliance.
  3. Knowledge of GDPR regulations and The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  4. Proficiency in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
