Lead Salesforce Data Cloud Implementations

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Customer Data Platform, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration, analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Customer Data Platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Take charge of the technical delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless and successful implementations from a technical perspective.
  • Lead the integration of diverse technologies with Salesforce Data Cloud, covering data modeling, architecture, and cross-product data mapping.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce's MarTech stack, including data modeling, segmentation, profile unification, and automation within SFMC & Data Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with APEX, LWC, integration patterns (Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs), and security best practices.
  • Expertise in designing solutions that scale across Salesforce Clouds, ensuring automation and high performance.
  • Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences sectors.
  • Experience working with downstream site analytics engines (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with integration methodologies and techniques, including building custom APIs for integrations between CDP and source systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
