Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects with a minimum of 14 to 17 years' experience in Project and Construction Management.

  • Assist site teams and coordinate with PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Ensure QA & QC standards are met, prepare snag lists, and follow up contractors to de-snag and hand over to Operations Teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and vendors for quality of works at site.
  • Implement correct method statements and checklists.
  • Conduct and monitor work progress daily.
  • Review manpower requirements and allocate work fronts.
  • Issue non-compliance reports for deviations/variances noticed at site.
  • Monitor material availability and forecast requirements, inform PMO in advance.
  • Meet schedule and targets assigned by the VP, raise flags on missing targets.
  • Track planned vs actual progress of each project in terms of Schedule, Resources, and Cost.
  • Maintain safety and implement safe practices to create an accident-free zone.
  • Coordinate with Civil and M&E departments for smooth flow of works.
  • Experience in handling project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, and coordinating with PMO.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 14 to 17 years of experience in Project and Construction Management.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
