About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Successfactors Technical Specialist to join our team at BT Group.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Time Management functionality. This includes configuring time-off policies, accruals, postings, and valuation, as well as setting up business rules for time sheet and time-off management.

Key Responsibilities

Time-Off Configuration

  • Configure time profiles, time types, and time account types to meet organizational needs.
  • Set up time-off calendars, employee time, and time accounts.
  • Create take rules and timesheet configuration.

Accrual and Valuation

  • Handle hire, termination, and period-end processing for accruals.
  • Manage time postings, entitled transferred accruals, and accruals on recorded times.
  • Implement re-calculation of time management and handle termination end handling.

Business Rules and Configuration

  • Establish business rules for time sheet and time-off management.
  • Configure flexible account start date rules and period-end processing with interim account updates.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SF EC Time-related design discussions, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution proposal, and build integration with WFM systems.
  • Familiarity with time-off collision management and eligibility status object configuration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
