Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation professional to join our team. As a key member of our SAP Service Line, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation plans for clients
  • Configure and maintain Compensation Workflows to meet client requirements
  • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Compensation with other SAP modules, such as PM/GM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Analyze and resolve compensation-related issues for clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation and support
  • Proven expertise in Compensation Planning, Comp Worksheet creation/configuration, and Comp Statement Generation
  • Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules, such as PM/GM
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation or equivalent
