We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and deliver HR technology solutions using SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules to enhance HR processes and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Configure and implement modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, or others.
  • Conduct system testing, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide training and user support post-implementation to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Maintain system integrity and perform regular updates, upgrades, and optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Learning Management System, or Recruiting).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
