Government Liaison Role Overview

This position focuses on fostering collaborative relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will leverage effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to advocate for the company's interests at various levels.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong networks with key government personnel in departments such as NAPL (Naroda), Factory, GIDC, Pollution Control Board, PF, ESIC Labour Connections, FRRO, FSSAI - Food Department, and Water Waste.
  • Nurturing genuine relationships with higher authorities in these departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintaining high ethical standards and good work habits to support the team.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and its regulatory landscape, making prior experience in similar roles or industries highly beneficial. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to build trust with government officials and navigate complex regulatory environments effectively.
