We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead product development and execution. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of our products within the value-based care market.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads and drive demand.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning, value propositions, and target customer segments.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials and product messaging documents, to effectively communicate solution value.
  • Lead product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market introductions.
  • Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements

  • Tier 1 MBA in marketing, business, or a related field; strong preference for Tier 1 MBA graduates.
  • Foundational experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare technology or healthcare IT.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care models, healthcare payment reform, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and webinars.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
